Hi,
As mentioned in a previous post, I finally decided to sign up with Facebook and check out what this craze is all about. It is pretty cool I must say, but as usual I don’t like the idea of not having total freedom of “my space”. But I have decided to be active on Facebook because it enabled me to get in touch again with some old friends I lost contact with.
For the time being, I’m exploring the Facebook applications that I can add to my page or profile. There are so many of them. If I had time, I think I would come up with ideas to create a lot of applications. Unfortunately time is a big problem and one person alone can not do all the things in the world(although it would be so great!). I think if properly planned, these applications can be really beneficial to the promotion and marketing of some businesses.
Check out my profile on Facebook, I;m sure you will recognise the picture ;-) Oh yes, there is one cool application on Facebook called “Sketch Me”, it generates a pencil sketch of your profile picture. That’s really cool. Here is how my sketch looks like:
It makes me look kinda old, but it’s not bad. I like it. Anyways, check me on Facebook, if you are already a member, add me as a friend to connect with me. If you haven’t joined Facebook, I think you should, you will surely find something that you like among the huge list of applications.
