You Can Make Money By Blogging

PayPerPost Homepage

PayPerPost is a unique kind of advertising network. The simple idea behind its advertising model is that advertisers can offer money to blog owners (publishers) to post about their websites and products.

The good thing about payperpost (PPP) is that they have a large number of opportunities in their database, so you can post about a product which you and your readers are interested about. Another important thing is that, you are not writing a sales page or promoting the site. You are only giving a honest review and you get paid for the post only, not affiliate commissions.

PPP is a company of IZEA, who also just launched a new paid blogging community called SocialSpark. PPP has been around for quite a while now and many bloggers are registered with them.

It can also be a way to promote your blog because advertisers can get in touch with you if they like what you write about. You can also be the “Blog of the Day”, which is a nice little feature which displays a blog that is gaining popularity in their network.

Also, all new bloggers get the opportunity to blog about PPP and you get $20 for that. Ok, it’s not a lot, but the opportunity is currently available to everyone and you just have to write a few words on your personal experience with them to get the money. That’s almost free money. Of course, they will need to approve the post and do some other procedures before sending the cash to your Paypal account. But, you don’t need to worry about all that. They pay on time.

They do have some strict rules and regulations for approving your blog in their network. I suggest you read them carefully before submitting your blog to be reviewed by PPP staff.

Well, I don’t really like those “Pay-per-post” websites (there is one in Poland also), mainly because it’s not for me - even if I would have a huge popular blogs, I prefer to write for myself, not for money, if you know what I mean ;).

Secondly, I thought it’s not a problem for me, but I’ve realized that despiting all, when I see this little button “sponsored by…” I don’t really trust what author have written - because I know he did this for money. There are many other ways of earning money on websites, for example Text-Links-Ads (which I’m using on ASoM) ;).

And last, but not least - who will pay for writing about psychics on psychic blog (A State of Mind) and who will pay for writing about Science Fiction in Poland (my second blog, much bigger)? rotfl
